I’m hunkered down with projects galore (which I’m extremely grateful for) so you may not hear a response from me right away (but my fabulous Customer Care Team also helps me make sure I see your note, so know that they’re always on the lookout for you + me). So, expect me to reply as fast as 24 hours or up to a week, depending on what’s in flight.

I may be traveling between cities right now and may encounter various issues with Wifi, plane delays, etc. You know…the LIFE of a sometime road warrior.

Or I’m hugging my children tight, enjoying the Hawaiian sunshine or spending QT with my man. You know…the LIFE of an all-the-time mama bear.

I could be doing Savasana in Bikram Yoga class, getting lost in the bookstore, or having really good coffee and scones with a sisterfriend. You know…the LIFE of a woman who craves self-care and relationship-nurturing (and has finally learned how to make it just as important as family + business).

Trust, I AM reading all of the notes that come my way, and will surely return a reply (especially if you’re a current client).
